Group Guitar Classes

Our annual group guitar class for beginners introduces the basic skills of playing the guitar in a group setting. The 45 minute class meets weekly and focuses on learning basic the chords and melodies of a variety of songs. We will use these songs to discuss music principals such as melody, harmony, and rhythm. Students bring their own guitar to class. You may choose acoustic or electric guitar, and amplifiers will be provided.  Group guitar classes help the beginning guitarist learn in a supportive and collaborative environment with peers. Students in group classes will eventually progress into private lessons, as the private instruction will be necessary to learn the more advanced techniques of playing the guitar. This annual class is 45 minutes in length and meets weekly. Please contact us for scheduling and registration.
